2/5a + 4b + 1/6c
Explanation:
Distribute 1/5 throughout the parentheses (multiply it by each term enclosed in the parentheses) --> this gives you 2/5a -3b + 1/6c + 7b
Then you just combine like terms to get your answer. In this case, the only like terms you need to combine are -3b and 7b to get -3b
