or

x ≥ -1, D

Because it is starting at -1, and the arrow is pointing up showing that x is greater than. BUT the circle is not hallow and is filled meaning that is is greater than, OR EQUAL TOO.

12. X < -2, A

Because it is starting at -2 and is going down showing that -2 is greater, and since the circle is hallow it just means X is less than NOT OR EQUAL TOO.
