Early South American civilizations shared some important cultural practices. They practiced their religions in a similar way, and they used some of the same artistic methods.

Early South American civilizations also had a lot in common with the civilizations that first developed in other parts of the world. Select two regions from the map and compare the early civilizations in those regions to early civilizations in South America. Then explain why you think civilizations that never had contact with one another had so much in common. Your answer should be two paragraphs long.

Answer:

Mesoamerica and Mesopatiomia

Step-by-step explanation:

In Mesopotamia, their civilization was one of the first in the world. As such the early Mayan civilizations could have been influenced by them. The reason for this is that before the world split up from one whole continent to multiple all people lived in the same place before some walked over a land bridge to North and South America and Australia.

For the Mayans, they were descendants from the Olmecs as such at first the Olmecs had influence from Mesopotamia due to an exchange of information before Olmecs ancestors left from Asia to Mesoamerica, as such some of the comparisons to Mesopotamia and Mesoamerica are the same such as they both had irrigation. Also, their temples were very advanced for that day and age, and the lack of resources that the Europeans had.

I hope this helps!!
