Hopefully this is right. I'm American so I had to do a little converting with the currency. How you solve it is you multiply 245 by 25 and then divide by 100. Whenever percentage is involved think of the butterfly method.


x/250=25/100

In this problem X is what you're trying to solve for; what the number will be AFTER the increase. The denominator will always be the original amount/price. Then on the other side you put the percentage over 100, since percentages go from 0% to 100%, kinda like quarters.
