A 29-year-old G2P1 woman presents at 36 weeks gestation to the Emergency Department complaining of contractions for the past two hours that are increasing in intensity. Ultrasound reveals a singleton fetus that is 36 weeks gestation and fetal heart tones are 136 beats/minute. The fetal presentation is back up transverse lie, and the AFI is 5. Cervix is 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. What in her history of findings is associated with an increased risk for cord prolapse.
