I’m doing a test rn and it’s timed please help!! I'll brainelist the first one to help me.

A windmill is supported by a tower that measures 30 m from the center of the blades to
the ground. The radius of the blades is 10 m. The blades rotate once ever 8 seconds. Find
a function for the height, h in metres, of the tip of a blade from the ground as a function
of time, t in seconds. At time t = 0 the point of the blade is at the highest point.
