It's not a good estimation. 2 is 10% of 20, so 5% is 1 dollar.

As the bill is above 20, and 15 = 10+5 , so 15% is at least more than 3.

So 3 would be a better estimation.

In fact, 15% of 20.36 is : 20.36 *0.15 = 3.054
