How does changing the mass of a wheelchair affect its velocity?

Step-by-step explanation:

Mass and velocity are inversely propotional, which means that if you increase the mass of the wheelchair the velocity would automatically decrease, similarly, if you decrease the mass of the wheelchair the velocity of the wheelchair would increase.

It might slow it down? Velocity is the measure of of distance, rate and time. If you are doing it on an actual wheelchair, try test running experiments with and without the wheelchair?
