We have

And we need to find area of circle,

So the formula we using is

Area of circle = π ×r ²

Here,

R denotes for Radius

π denotes for pi.

For finding area of circle we need to find radius

here we have diameter of circle = 102 cm and

We know that ,diameter is the double of radius it means radius is the half of diameter

So, radius of circle = 102/2 = 51 cm

Now Solve it

Area of circle = π × ( r ) ²

Substitute the value

Area of circle = 3.14 × ( 51cm )² .. [ using π = 3.14 ]

Multiply the values

Area of circle = 3.14 × ( 51 cm × 51cm) ..[( 51 ) ²= 51 × 51]

Area of circle = 3.14 × 2,601 cm².

Therefore , Area of circle is 8,167.14 cm ²

The area of a circle is the radius squared x pi.

Area = r^2 x pi

R is the radius which is half the diameter.

Diameter = 102 inches

Radius = 102/2 = 51 inches

Area = 51^2 x pi

Area = 2,601pi inches^2 ( in terms of pi) or

Area = 8,167.14 inches^2
