There is a ratio of
1 : 125
And we need to get to
2 3/4 : x
so to get from 1 to 2 3/4 we would multiply by 2 3/4. So simply, we would just need to multiply 125 by 2 3/4 as well.
125(2 3/4) = 343 3/4 or 343.75 miles
