y = 50x+40

Explanation:

Slope intercept form is

y = mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

First find two points on the line

(0,40) and (2 ,140)

The slope is

m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

= (140-40)/(2-0) = 100/2= 50

The y intercept is where it crosses the y axis which is 40

y = 50x+40
