4^4 = 16 (we square our radius when finding area)

16 x 3.14(we then multiply the squared radius with pi so we could get the complete area) = 50.24

Now we multiply the area of one circle by the height to get the PRISM'S volume.

50.24(area) x 13(height) = 653.12 cm^3 is your answer.
