Explanation:

The missing angle on the left triangle is 180 - (85 + 53) = 42°. By the definition of vertical angles, the angle on the right triangle is also 42°. Since the total of all the interior angles of a triangle is 180°, then

92 + 42 + x = 180

or

x = 46°
