Can I get a good explanation on SAS Triangle Congruence? (35 points)

SAS is a congruency criteria which is used to prove that two triangles are congruent, if two corresponding sides and an angle between them is equal in both the triangles.

For example - In the attached picture,

  • KL = XY

  • ∠KLM = ∠XYZ

  • LM = YZ

Therefore, ΔKLM ≅ ΔXYZ

(By SAS criteria)
