The 8, can be turned into fraction form by thinking of it as 8/1 x 3/5.

And thinking about how we do denominator x denominator, numerator x numerator, it will look like:


(8*3)/(1*5)

There is one more thing we need to simplfy before we will get our answer.

When you multiply a number by 1, what do you get? The same exact number as before.

Sp tecnically, 1*5 would just be 5:


(8*3)/(5)
