3x^2+4x+1
Explanation:
Given the polynomial function 4x + 3x^2 - 1
Rearranging in descending order means that we are to arrange the degree power from the highest to the lowest.
The term with the highest degree is 3x^2
Followed by 4x
Then the constant 1
Adding according to the descending powers
The polynomial in descending order will be 3x^2+4x+1
