Where ,

  • m is the slope
  • c is the y Intercept .

Now by question , the given data is ,

  • m = 9
  • c = -3

On substituting the respective values we have ,


\sf\implies y = 3 * x + (-3)\\\\\sf\implies\red{ y = 3x - 3 }

Hence the slope intercept form is y = 3x - 3 .
