y = 18 / (x + 2)²

Explanation:

Inversely proportional

y * (x + 2)² = k

when x=1, y=2

k = 2 * (1 + 2)²

k = 18

-----------------------

y * (x + 2)² = 18

Divide both sides by (x + 2)²

y = 18 / (x + 2)²
