{(x + 3)}^(2)(x - 2)(x + 4)(x - 4)

Explanation:

{(x + 3)}^(2) (x - 2) \: \: \: (x + 3)( {x}^(2) - 16)

The first one can be kept in that form while the second can be factored as

(x + 3)(x + 4)(x - 4)

so we can see that the LCM is

{(x + 3)}^(2)(x - 2)(x + 4)(x - 4)
