Answer: 5

Explanation:
Basically you just change the letter for the number since R equals 6 then in the equation it would be 6 instead of R. Then for S, S would equal 1รท4 which equals 0.25. Then you plug in the numbers into your equation so look something like this 6 x 0.25 + 14(0.25) and all that together equals 5.
