Y=-7x+c
Parallel means that the x value is the same in both equations so u keep -7x.
To find c, use the coordinates (-5,32) and substitute into the equation.
32=-7(-5)+c
32=35+c
c=32-35
c=-3
So the equation is
Y=-7x-3
