First of all starting with finding the cut out lengths,
10-4=6
7-5.3=1.7
Area of that top left part of the diagram (imagine as if a square):
6*1.7/2=5.1
Area if that part was not cut:
7*10=70
Area of the entire diagram and final answer:
70-5.1=64.9
