Answer:

Mass of coffee A beans = 9 kg

Explanation:

Coffee A = 3

Coffee B = 5

Coffee C = 7

A : B : C = 3 : 5 : 7

Total ratio = 15

Total mass of the bag = 45 kg

find the mass coffee beans A in the mixture?

Mass of coffee A beans = ratio of coffee A / total ratio × total mass of the bag

= 3/15 × 45

= 1/5 × 45

= (1 * 45)/5

= 45/5

= 9 kg

Mass of coffee A beans = 9 kg

Mass of coffee B beans = ratio of coffee B / total ratio × total mass of the bag

= 5/15 × 45

= 1/3 × 45

= 45/3

= 15 kg

Mass of coffee C beans = ratio of coffee C / total ratio × total mass of the bag

= 7/15 × 45

= (7*45)/15

= 315/15

= 21 kg
