Answer:

1. rotation 180 degrees to the right (or left), 2. reflect shape A over the horizontal line at the bottom of the shape, then reflect the result over the short vertical line that goes through the point where the shapes meet.

Explanation:

See the attached image. Method 2 calls for two reflections, one across the red line, the second across the yellow line.

P.S. I added an image that shows the shape reflected across the red line. Finally, flip THAT horizontally.
