3D guns are firearms that can be assembled from plastic parts using a 3D printer. The plans for doing so would available for download with the skill needed to assemble guns such as AR-Fifteen Rifles minimal. Critics are concerned about the guns being untraceable and undetectable by by metal detectors on top of making it easier to access a gun.
