Explanation:

Start at the dot to the very left since that's where it starts. Rise/Run so first start by going down to where the line meets a place where a dot can be placed. If you go down 3 and run over 2. You get to another dot that can be placed. (Place dots where the line meets a dot in the grid if that makes sense). Also if you go down another 3 and run another 2, you get to your next coordinate. The y=intercept is just basically where the line meets the y-axis so in this case, it's 0.
