What stretches are easiest for you, and which are the most challenging? How does this relate to the activities you complete regularly on your activity log?

Answer:

For me the easiest stretches are lunges because i play football and i experience leg pains and lunges helps relieve my pains and i hold the stretch for 8 seconds and the most challenging is the tricep dip because it requires strength from my upper body and i am more weak from my upper body than lower body.
