20% off coupon, but is not charging any tax.
If the sneakers have an original price of $80, where should I buy them
from if I want to spend the least amount of money?

Champs is 64.8, Footlocker is 64. Footlocker is selling them for cheaper. You would go to Footlocker, as it's .8 off.
