I know I might be asking too much of math qns..

Question:
A party pack consists of x chocolate bars and x cans of drinks. Each chocolate bar costs $3 and each can of drink costs $1. The total cost for the chocolate bars and drinks in a party pack is more than $10. Find the minimum number of choclate bars in a party pack.

Btw, my teacher told me that the ans was 3. I'm kind of confused.​

Your teacher is correct. The reason is because it is the total cost of both the chocolate and the can… if the choc is $3 and can is $1, you can have 3 chocolate bars because when you add the one can which is one dollar, it equals $10

3x3 = 9

9+1 = 10

Therefore 3 is the answer
