Given that,

y = 2x + 9 .....(1)

y = 4x − 3 .....(2)

From equations (1) and (2),

2x + 9 = 4x − 3

Taking variables both sides and constants to another side.

9+3 = 4x-2x

12 = 2x

x = 6

Put the value of x in equation (1).

y = 2(6) + 9

y = 12 + 9

y = 21

The solution of the given equations is x = 6 and y = 21. If we graph them, they will intersect at (6,21).
