s = - (1)/(4)

Explanation:

For m to be equal to n,


2s = (2s- 1)/(3)

Multiply both sides by 3:


6s = 2s - 1

Minus 2s on both sides:


4s = - 1

Divide by 4 on both sides:


s = - (1)/(4)
