Can we live on the surface of mars? why or WHY NOT

No , we can not . The surface of Mars isnt hospitable to humans or most known life forms due to the radiation, and greatly reduced air pressure with a thin atmosphere and reduced sunlight, it can be difficult to get anything to grow. Human survival on Mars would require living in artificial Mars habitats with complex life-support systems.The atmosphere of Mars is mostly carbon dioxide, the surface of the planet is too cold to sustain human life .

i believe maybe we could if the technology in the future makes it possible. but for now in 2021, no, we cannot live on the surface of mars. first off, there’s so many things the planet itself lacks for a human to survive, such as water, cold temperatures, etc. plus the soil is really toxic and you can’t grow any greens or vegetables there.
