Since it’s double,
1.8 x 2 = 3.6
1.3 x 2 = 2.6
1.2 x 2 = 2.4
3.6 + 2.6 + 2.4 = 8.6

So his friend runs 3.6 on m and 2.6 on t and 2.4 on w and the decimal is 0.036 and 0.026 and 0.04
