Given,

Number of shoppers per hour (during business hours) = 84

Time spent by each shopper (average) = 5 mins

Now,

60 mins (1 hour) = 84 shoppers

60 = 84

84/60

1.4

1.4 × 5 = 7

7 shoppers on an average, are waiting in the checkout line to purchase at the "Good Deals store"
