Base area B = 1/2 * 6 * 4

Base area B = 12 ft²

Height H = 4ft

Volume of the pyramid = 12 * 4

Volume of the pyramid = 48ft³

SInce 1 ft³ = $3

48ft³ = x

Cross multiply

x = 3 * 48

x = 144

Hence the cost of the sign is $144
