Answer:

(x + 7 )/(x - 3)

Explanation:

First factorize both expressions

\frac{ {x }^(2) + 11x + 28 }{x { }^(2) + x - 12} \\ \frac{x {}^(2 ) + 7x + 4x + 28 }{x { }^(2) + 4x - 3x - 12 } \\ (x(x + 7) + 4(x + 7))/(x(x + 4) - 3(x + 4) ) \\ ((x + 7)(x + 4))/((x + 4)(x - 3))

Now you can cross out x+4

and you'll be left with

(x + 7)/(x - 3)
