How to know if the tringal is congruent

If two angles and the included side of one triangel are equal to the corresponding angel and the side of another triangel, the triangles are congurent.

Measure all sides of the triangle (all 3 sides), and depending on the lengths see if they are all equal, if two are equal, or if there are no equal sides at all. If there are all equal side lengths you have an equilateral triangle that has 3 congruent, aka equal sides.
