It is 3/9 because when you multiply 2/9you get 4/9 and when you go from 2 to 7 you get 3 and don’t change the denominator

Answer:

It's 1/9

Explanation:

Multiply 2/3 x 3/3 to equal the denominator with the 7/9 and the ?/9. 2/3 turns into 6/9. 7/9 - 6/9 is 1/9.

The answer is 1/9
