Explanation:

1. 80% is water and 20% is from other material

2. Lets say a fruit has 100g, to make it easier to understand

2. if the fruit loses 75% of its water, it will lose 75% of 80%, which is 60% of the total weight or 60g lost. The fruit is now 40g

3. If 20% was other material (20g), now other material is 50% (the same 20g)

4. Water is now only 20g, which is 50% of the total weight
