diameter = 18.8 ft

circumference = 56.1 ft

Explanation:

diameter = 2 x radius = 2 x 9.4 = 18.8 ft

circumference = 2
\pir = 2
\pi(9.4) = 56.061 rounded to the nearest tenth is 56.1
