What do you want to know?
I want to know how the people of Athens behaved as well as the Sparta, I mean, the way of being of each of them
How will you learn?
Researching more about the subject, not only learning from here, but looking at sites that have more information that I have not discovered
What have you learned?
I learned that the Athenians had a peaceful pace of life, centered on education, the arts, and sports. They used to attach great importance to leisure time and have time to devote to theater, music, philosophy and politics. It was the latter that allowed to form alliances and expand, making Athens bigger and more powerful.
While in Sparta the girls practiced many sports in public, as did the boys: wrestling and discus and javelin throw. They thus intended to prepare mothers of families robust and strong, who would provide Sparta with strong children, good warriors.
