This is the answer because when we feel confused we don't know very well how to act in a different scenario. This also might influence the way we do something we alreday know. This is pretty obvious -for example- when someone wants to be in a relationship and one of the members doesn't wanna any compromise but the other does. And when this person is asked about staying together, he/she maintains the same postiion.. making suffering the other person, and of course the whole relationship. It's definitely a bad situation.
