Joe can buy 4 tacos for the price of 1 burrito.
the price of 4 burritos is 64%
that means the price of 1 burrito is 16%
the price of 9 tacos is 36%
that means the price of 1 taco is 4%
1 taco 4% and 1 burrito 16%
4 times 4 is 16
joe can buy 4 tacos for the price of 1 burrito
hope this helps!
