x=-10, 3

first, move -3x to the other side of the equation.
your equation should look like this
x²+4x-30+3x=0
add like terms
x²+7x-30+=0
now factor.
(x+10)(x-3)=0
solve for x
x=-10, 3

Answer:

x^2 + 4x -30 = -3x\\x^2 + 4x +3x -30 = 0\\x^2 + 7x -30 = 0\\x^2 +10x -3x -30 = 0\\x(x+10) -3(x+10)\\(x-3)(x+10) = 0\\x = 3, -10
