First you have to change "-2x+6y-9=0" into slope intercept form (y=mx+b).

Add the -9 to 0, to get (-2x+6y=9).

Now add -2x to the 9, to get (6y= -2x+9). Since -2x and 9 aren't like terms.

Divide 6 on both sides to get (y=-2/6x+9).

Plot this on a graph as shown above. (16.5, 3.5)

Answer is: D) 3.35, since it's closer.
