Find the area of a right triangle whose hypotenuse is 20 units long and the altitude drawn from the Right angle divides the hypotenuse into 5 units and 15 units.

Explanation:

the height of the triangle = √(5×15)= √75

=5√3 units

the base of triangle= 20 units

so, the area = ½×20×5√3= 50√3 units

or 86.60 units
