y = 1/4x + 1

Explanation:

There will be a +1 becuase the lines y intercept is +1.

We can then take two points on the line and then find the slope through them.

(0,1) and (4,2). 4-0 and 2-1.

4 and 1. The slope is 1/4.

y = mx + b

y = 1/4x + 1
