3x + (7x - 20) = 180

Thus;

3x + 7x - 20 = 180

10x = 180 + 20

10x = 200

x = 200/10

x = 20°

Also,3x + y = 180

Because sum of angles on a straight line is 180°. Thus;

3(20) + y = 180

60 + y = 180

y = 180 - 60

y = 120°
