Answer: Similar with coordinates A’ (8, -12), B’ (4, -16) and C’ (-20, 8)

Explanation:

Since the size of the triangle changes they cannot be congruent.

Assuming the centre of dilation (enlargement) is (0, 0) then just double the coordinates of each point
