Answer:

(x-3)²+(y-2)² = 16

Explanation:

The formula for calculating the equation of a circle is exoressed as;

(x-a)²+(y-b)² = r²

(A, B) is the centre = (3,2)

r is theradius = 4units

Substitute;

(x-3)²+(y-2)² = 4²

(x-3)²+(y-2)² = 16
